Profile(English)

Having practiced judo from the age of five, she retired when she was 24. She moved to Brazil in 2013, where she was involved in technical instruction around the country. At the 2016 Rio Olympics, she helped the women’s team win gold and bronze medals as a coach, and in 2018 was selected as the head coach for the men’s national team.
She has moved back to Japan in early 2025, starting the next chapter of her career as a freelancer. Now based in mountaneous area of Gunma, where she lives with her husband, 3 children, and mother-in-law, she is seeking for mroe opportunities and challenges.

Tendo praticado judô desde os cinco anos de idade, ela se aposentou aos 24 anos. Ela se mudou para o Brasil em 2013, onde se envolveu na instrução técnica em todo o país. Nas Olimpíadas do Rio de 2016, ajudou a equipe feminina a ganhar medalhas de ouro e bronze como treinadora e, em 2018, foi selecionada como treinadora principal da equipe nacional masculina.
Ela se mudou de volta para o Japão no início de 2025, iniciando o próximo capítulo de sua carreira como freelancer.
